Easy and Delicious Protein Shakes for Weight Gain

I generally start my morning with a super healthy smoothie filled with antioxidants, protein, and probiotics. I live a very active and busy life and they make reaching my daily calorie goals much easier. Below are my top high calorie protein shakes for weight gain.

BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Frozen blueberries (or any frozen berry mix)
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (or any berry juice)
  • 1 scoop of Athletic Greens or Green Vibrance
  • 2 Scoops of Orgain Protein (Vanilla Bean)
  • 1 tbsps chia seeds
  • half of an avocado, peeled and pitted
  • (Optional): 1 ripe banana
